Delfeon LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and builds no profile of you.
Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain. No request is made to a third-party content delivery network, font service, or tracking provider when you load a page.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser’s user agent string. These logs exist to operate and secure the service and are not used to identify you.
3. When you email us
If you contact us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed and for the period required by United States tax and accounting rules. You may ask us to delete correspondence we are not required to keep.
4. Applications
Delfeon LLC develops applications for the App Store and Google Play. Each published application carries its own privacy disclosure, shown on its store listing and inside the application itself.
Where an application collects personal data, that disclosure states what is collected, why, whether it is linked to your identity, and whether it is used for tracking. Nothing in this website policy overrides an application’s own disclosure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure this website and to answer enquiries, and on consent where consent is specifically requested inside a product.
